This post is mostly here for new members to learn about the guild and the game, but there may be some useful things for even the veterans. If you need help, just ask. Everybody here is friendly, and many do speak English as well as Italian. Enough rambling, let's get down to business.
Rules and Operation:
- 1 ) Be polite, take respect to the other guilders: we are fellows in this game and we should help each other to make stronger Asphaltanza. The purpose of a guild is to group together to help each other and have fun in the process. Together we can be great, if anyone thinks to himself we won't go far
2 ) Do not use te guild store for you personal storing, that space is for tagged items (see rule n.8) and for drops of group attack (see rule n.2). You are only allowed to store items for some minutes, just in time to make some adjustments to your backpack: if everybody won't use it this way, there will never be enough space
3 ) Always join group attacks as soon as possible, someone may be waiting for you to attack creatures or relics. Attack groups allow multiple guild members to team up to take on a really tough monster.
4 ) Ask for help to other members, but don't go too far: asking for fsp or gold or items when you've just entered it's not nice. This means even that when you can you should help your fellows. Someday soon you will not be the new guy (or gal), so pass along what you can. If you are upgrading equipment, see if anybody needs your old stuff. Either ask in chat or look at the profiles of equal or lower level players, then send it to them if they could use it. Don't be greedy, you probably won't make much for it on the AH anyway.
5 ) Donate for the guild, gold or fsp or both of them: you're a part of it so you should help to make it bigget than now. We don't want a minimum donation, but we want you to partecipate as you can. This is done on the guild>manage page, from the "manage" link in the bank section. This money pays for the upkeep of the guild structures, and may be used to buy new structures or upgrades. You will find that this is a very useful investment for your money, as the structures boost your stats a lot. It should also not be much of a financial burden as long as you control yourself in the auction house.
6 ) Subscribe to the forum and partecipate, you'll find lots of things useful to everybody added by who has played before you: so it would be good to read what you need here before asking, the forum is updated so we don't need to repeat things a thousand times. And if you see something's missing, add other informations, they will be useful in the future to others like the informations you found have been useful to you
7 ) You will enter the guild ranked "In Prova" (on trial). This is a starting rank so you and the guild can get to know each other. It is also a way to filter out inactive players. We want you to prove your value: if you do not make it out of this rank fairly quickly, it means you do not play very much at all and will be removed from the guild. You graduate from this rank when your Contrib XP (on the guild>manage page) reaches 20,000. Don't worry, with the added guild bonuses your xp will just roll in. The next ranks are also determined by your XP amount, or you can be promoted for a significant donation of gold or fsp (example: a donation for an upgrade of the guild store). So go fast and impress us!
8 ) We put at disposal of our guilders (exception made for the "inprova") legendary items tagged, donated by some of our players. There are not enough for everyone, so always ask before taking an item, to falpel or to someone high, and read the instructions here. Respect who is before you in the queue, do not take items by yourself
9 ) Enjoy Fallensword, and remember it's a game, but a game where real persons plays. Be an active part in the chat, read what happens, expecially pay attention to the mass messages, and if someone talks in other languages don't worry, you'll be listened when you'll talk in english. Remember that there are many people here that try very hard to read and write a second (or third) language, do not make it more difficult for them by intentionally misspelling or dropping letters from words because you are too lazy to press another button.
10) Finally RESPECT THE RULES OF FALLENSWORD AND ASPHALTANZA. Remember you don't have to play with more accounts inside Asphaltanza, and don't make a mess with passwords (this makes falpel upset lol)
