this guide don't care about elites monsters, cause they r useless if you wanna grow up quick...
the high leveled players of the guild could look to this thread too (buttare n'occhio :p) just to understand how it works my metod, because not everyone is so attenctive about what to kill
for items or set I cannot make a list but if you wanna grow up fast, and you dont do bountys set yourself with items having (in order of importance) damage and attack (dont forget to wear a set anyway cause elite hunter gives you more xp) and don't forget to always ask in guild AL and LIB...
choose well where to pass, make a smart tour without passing two times in the same square (always help yourself with maps at http://www.fallenswordguide.com), and when u understand that someone other is doing your same path change it quickly (to not waste stamina)
and don't forget that in each square there isn't a limit of monsters: when you find 8 monsters there is maybe more monsters in the same square
do not look at combats (just the first time to discover if you can kill a monster with just one stamina, if not check out if you can improve your dmg and atck with other items, if you can't just choose another target): to do this just click to atck and don't wait to page to download, already atck the other one, and when there is no more monsters just move to the other square, but if there r exactly 8 monsters click on the repair items link beside the map and if there r other monsters they will appear after repairing your items ^^
important: always repair your items each 20/30 monsters to always use only one stamina to kill them

monster give you good xp for your level so kill those I suggest and when I say untill that means that you stop kill this type of monster when you reach the level indicated), if you see other monster is that they r too weak for your level so don't waste stamina 
note: if moving to indicated area you spot indicated monsters kill them and show no merci ^^
ps: when you cannot directly go to the next area and there is no portals near to you teleport yourself to krul island and take the portal in varas dungeon (it costs something like 100 stamina)
